Style Perspectives - A Plaid Look

Well folks, it’s week 9 of The Blended Blogs Style Perspectives. Make sure you head over there and check out how Alison styled her Plaid look.

Before I start, lets just look how cute we all are in our Graphic Tees!

So before I post my photo, let me tell you a story. Tuesday morning I got up super early, curled my hair, did my make up perfectly and styled my plaid shirt with a blazer for a wear to work outfit. My daughter took 4 great photos. Done. perfect. 14 hours later I come home to upload them and blog and there wasn't a MEMORY CARD in the camera.

So, flustered, with bad hair, this is what we got at 9:20pm:

Yup. Flashy and terrible. I didn't even bother photoshopping out my car or the kids bikes in the background So I'm really sorry for the underwhelming looking. What I had this morning was much better. My apologies.

I'm sure the other ladies rocked their plaid looks so make sure to check them out below!

  3. Baby girl, I totally feel your pain. I grumbled all the way through my "photo shoot" for this prompt. Sadly, we DID have the memory card in for mine. Your hair is darling and flirty and fun. And your outfit is the perfect combination of comfy and cute. Total win!

  7. Gotta agree with the others...your bad is way better than my good! And the fact that you even know how to photoshop bikes and cars out of pix has me in awe. I like your cute hair!

    1. Hahah -I can work wonders in photoshop. Photographers life. I can also make myself look skinny, and it takes all my energy not to do it each week.

  10. Well, I think you look GREAT! And what's really impressive is that this was taken at the end of a long day! And I totally hear you about "photo issues." I accidentally deleted a bunch of photos the other day, and the "recreations" just didn't turn out the same...

  12. YOU CAN PHOTOSHOP OUT STUFF? Can we do a class in Toronto 2017? Seriously. This would change my whole life. Also, love the 50s vibe. So so cute!

  13. I'm just impressed that you know how to photoshop those things out! And you look totally cute even though you are flustered. I love the colors in that plaid shirt!

  14. It always takes me forever to try and photoshop stuff out...definitely want to learn that in Toronto! You are just too cute, I've done that with the memory card and it's so disheartening...on the bright side you look so cute! I love your hair and the 50's vibe you have going on. Perfection friend!

  15. Oh man, that memory card thing is brutal. I'm glad my camera gets all angry with me if there is no card in it. Otherwise that would happen to me all the time.
