I'm done 12 weeks of shakes !!

Quick Update but OMGGGGGGG I’m DOWN : 68 lbs!!!!

 

12 weeks of shakes done. Gone. I never have to do that again. Ever.

 

68 Pounds GONE FOREVER. And I mean forever this time, because I will never gain those particular pounds back. No, I’m not at my goal weight, I don’t even know what that is, but I knew I had to lose at least 60lbs and I’ve done more than that.

 

One of my first posts (you can read here) mentioned some things I wanted more than I wanted to eat food.  I don’t have them/or can do them all, but a lot I can:

 

-          Wear a pretty bra

-          I now have a waist

-          People no longer ask me if I’m pregnant (Score!)

-          I haven’t flown yet, but I’m almost positive I won’t need a seatbelt extender

-          I CAN CROSS MY LEGS

 

This is most of the list guys. Add to it too my meds have been cut in half, and I can now work out and do cardio much longer than 8 minutes like I could 12 weeks ago. I can do a full 1 hour Zumba class now. Oh, and a minute of burpees or planks.

 

 

I have energy to play with my children, and actually go out and do stuff.

 

I’m excited to see what the next 3 months bring, and not only how much weight I’ll lose but how much muscle I can grow.
